Job Offer – Account Manager

Account manager in our team is responsible for maintaining contact with the client, providing him with support and doing design the market research projects.

Responsibilities

  • prepare research offers based on client’s inquiries
  • project design and control over ongoing projects
  • production of final report and PowerPoint presentation of the research
  • questionnaires preparation if needed
  • ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • to know perfectly the market and see the opportunities
  • networking with (potential) clients
  • build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • know-how transfer to other departments
  • help with searching for innovation and product development
  • develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement

Requirements

  • experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • initiative, strategic thinking and sale skills
  • ability of individual project management
  • proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • marketing experience with agency background desirable
